Since, the velocity is constant , the acceleration will be zero.

( Acceleration = (v-u) / t. )

Since , the acceleration is zero, the external Force acting upon it will be Zero.

(Force = mass × acceleration.)

Hence, the frictional force that will act upon it will be 200N . i.e. in the direction opposite to the direction of motion.
