take the number to be like 'xy0'.

according to the question
when number becomes 'yx0' then its value is less than original by 180.

therfore we can write the first number as
x*100 +y*10 + 0
and second number as
y*100 +x*10 +0

thus

y*100 +x*10 +0 = x*100 +y*10 +0 -180

you will get a equation

now according to second condition

number becomes "(x/2)0y" which equals
(x/2)*100 +0*10 +y which is less than the original by 454.

using the previous method get a equation as x and y.

now solve both the equation to get the answer.
