It means you have not downloaded the content provided by your group sender

Or you have downloaded then you deleted

This icon is showing that the sender has deleted this image or file and that can't be downloaded to your's device

Because the sender has deleted and the image can't be downloaded

Hey, just got ur question

Actually in Whatsapp this message appears when the the file that u received have been deleted by the sender or by ur phone internally.

i.e it may be deleted by the file manager...

I would suggest u to ask the sender again to send this file as u haven't received the file.
