Answer:

6)2x+3x=90

5x=90

x=18

angles are 36 and 54

7)x=2y+15

x+y=90

90-y=2y+15

3y=75

y=25

x=65

8)x=20+3y

x+y=180

180-y=20+3y

4y=160

y=40

x=140

9)a)6x+4x+3x+50=180

13x=130

x=10

60,40,30,50

b)4x+30+50=180

4x=100

x=25

25,25,25,25,30,59

c)2x-10+6x-10+5x-15+40=360

13x=355

d)2x+3+x-5+40=180

3x=180-38

x=142/3

6) a)complementary angle =90°

so 2x+3x=90

5x=90

x=90/5

x=18

so now first angle is =2x=2×18=36°

and second angle is 3x=3×18=54°

12)as vertically opposite angles are equal so z=143°

z+x=180°(linear pair)

143°+x=180°

x=180°-143°

x=37°

as x and y are vertically opposite so y also is equal to 37°

b)as vertically opposite angles are equal so y=29°

now 29°+92°+z=180°(linear pairs)

121°+z=180°

z=180°-121°

z=59°

and as y and x are linear pair so y+x=180°

29°+x=180°

x=180°-29°

x=151°

hope it HELPS you
