Initial speed is 30kmph, total distance is 52km.

Every 12 min => 0.2 hrs speed increases by 5kmph.

S after travelling for first 0.2 hrs, he reached 30 * 0.2 = 6km distance.

Then after travelling another 0.2 hrs, he reached 35 * 0.2 = 7km

Again, 40 * 0.2 = 8km

Then 45 * 0.2 = 9km

Total as of yet is 30km

50 * 0.2 = 10 km

55 * 0.2 = 11km

Total now is 51km.

So 60 * x = 1 => x = 1 min.

So 6(12) + 1 min is total time taken = 73min.
