Given:-

sin^2A+3cos^2A=4

Prove:- tanA=1/√3

sin^2A+3cos^2A=4

sin^2A+cos^2A+2cos^2A=4

1+2cos^2A=4

2cos^2A=3

cos^2A=3/2

cosA=√3/2=cos30°

[[[A=30°]]]

Now,

tanA ( •.•A=30°)

[[[[[tan30°=1/√3]]]]
