Answer :-

i) A - It means all elements of A

So , A = { u , v , w , x , y }

ii) B - It means all elements of B

So , B = { p , q , r , u , v }

iii) A U B - It means all elements of A and all elements of B

So , A U B = { u , v , w , x , y , p , q , r }

iv) U - It means all elements also including the one which are in box s and t

So , U = { u , v , w , x , y , p , q , r ,s ,t }

v) A' - It means elements which are not the part of A

So, A' = { p , q , r , s , t }

vi) B' - It means elements which are not the part of B

So, B' = { w , x , y , s , t }

vii) (A U B)' - It means elements which are not the part of A U B

So , (AUB)' = { s , t }

viii) (AnB)' - It means elements which are not the part of A n B

So, (AnB)' = { w , y , x ,p , q ,r ,s ,t }
