person having AB-ve blood group cannot take blood from person having A+ve blood group

bcz AB blood group is universal acceptor that means it can take every type of blood group but can only give to AB blood group similarly O is the universal donor that means O can give blood to every blood group n can take blood from O only......

Person with AB-ve blood group does not have rh antigen on its RBC, however when a blood of rh +ve is given to him/her. An immune response is triggered against Rh antigen of the donor. This is of not significant consequence for the first time. But on subsequent tranfusion immune response would be more intense leading to agglutination of blood cells nullifying the whole purpose of blood transfusion.
