So , first we have to find LCM of 11 and 33

which equals to 33 .

  \frac{ - 5 \times 3}{11 \times 3}  -  \frac{ - 8}{33}

  \frac{ - 15}{33}  -  \frac{ - 8}{33}

minus minus Equal to plus

So , the minus sign will cut .

 \frac{15}{33}  -  \frac{8}{33}

 =  \frac{ - 7}{33}
