Our nation is a sovereign republican state. The people here are free to choose their leader. We have our own constitution. According to the constitution, the honorable President of the nation's highest civilian is consulted or allowed only on major subjects.

Thus, the post of Prime Minister of the country becomes the most important post. The prime responsibility and authority of the country's development policy-rules and its operations are with the Prime Minister. In our country today, bribery and bribery are increasing day by day. This mischief is hollowing inside our entire system.

It can be said like, from a general low level employee to the top, top officials and leaders are involved in corruption. If I was the prime minister, after assuming office, this would be my first attempt thats to end corruption and bribery in the government.


Corruption and bribery and brother-nepotism etc. are the main obstacles in the path of development and progress of the country. I also consider this very well that our actions and plans can not be completely successful without curbing it, because whatever financial assistance the government provides for poor and lower class uplift, the higher officials and other corrupt people. People do not even reach the destination.

To prevent this, I will first arrange this arrangement that people of criminal elements in the future can not get an election ticket, but only those people can come to power which is worthy of virtue and rank. Apart from this, my effort will be to utilize the public money which is deposited by the government and other means, which will be utilized. The expenses of all the Ministers of their Council of Ministers should be stopped which are not necessary.

In addition to this, strict action will be taken against those corrupt leaders, officers and other employees who are found guilty of corruption. Nobody will be exempted even if he is in a position, because in the eyes of law all are equal.

More than two-thirds of our country's population lives in villages where most of the people are living below the poverty line even after five decades of independence. These people will be the focal point of my development plans.

My endeavor will be to provide basic needs such as roti, cloth and home to all those people so that they can come forward in the development of the country with a healthy body and a healthy brain.

Today's era is an era of science. Although there have been some work on this direction during the reign of former Prime Ministers but still we are far behind in the field of science and technology compared to other developed countries. Today the progress of science and the progress of the country are complementary to each other. It will be my endeavor to take concrete steps in this direction and its benefits are not limited to the urban boundaries but only to the villages and towns.

It is very unfortunate for the country that today a huge portion of the government's treasury has to be spent in our defense budget. If this money is invested in development, then the country will develop and at very fast.

My endeavor will be to make our relations with all our neighboring countries so that all voluntarily reduce their defense expenditure and promote developmental activities in this area. On the world stage, I will accelerate my efforts in world peace and disarmament so that more work can be done towards human welfare.

All the former Prime Ministers, on the occasion of Independence Day, exposed their plans during the speech of the Red Fort, but it is known to assess that most schemes remain on paper and there is no coordination between words and deeds. My endeavor will be to implement the plans that we finalize, because with all such plans, there is only waste of time and money which is not implemented.

The post of the prime minister is the post of responsibility. There is a lot to do in a short time. My complete endeavor will be to stand above private interests and to be fully devoted to the country, to fulfill our responsibility and to maintain the glorious tradition and culture of the country.

                        If I were the Prime Minister ....

    If I were the Prime Minister I will do good service and justice to my country. I will perform my duties sincerely. I will try to improve the internal state of affairs of my motherland. I will try my best to enhance the image of the nation.

  I will lay good plans and foundations for a rapid growth over the next ten to fifteen years.  I will improve the conditions for industrial growth. Especially new entrepreneurs and small and medium industries. 

   I don't like unemployment. I will try to introduce as many schemes as possible to reduce unemployment under 5 to 6%.  


   I will see that there is no corruption in the planning and execution of projects, campaigns and schemes. It is very important to prevent misuse of funds.  Sincere and honest persons must be rewarded.  Corrupt persons must be prevented and punished.

   I will try to minimize the problem from maoists and naxalites. I will give them opportunities to become regular citizen.  I will request students and retired persons to visit villages to teach them good ways of life.  I will ask army persons to live in rural areas three months a year on a rotation basis.  They will certainly change rural India. That way rural India will progress tremendously.

   I wish our country progresses the way Germany, Japan and Singapore have developed in a few decades. I will advise officials and citizens to take lessons from them.  Even Korea and Taiwan have developed too well.  I like to see "Made In India" stamp on many products seen in International markets.  I will reduce dependence on China and other foreign products. I will try to reduce dependence on imports. We need to produce and export more. That's what will ensure good future for us all.

   I will see that Swach Bharat, Clean Ganga and such programs are run without corruption and negligence.  I will seek to have permanent status in important wings of the UNO like the Security Council. We don't command a status in UNO that we deserve. 

   In terms of aggression USA and UK are a good model to follow. I will act very sternly against neighbours killing our soldiers. I will go for a war if necessary.  I will act severely against terrorism.  

  I will like to have educated persons in the political system. From Sarpanch to ward members to MPs to Ministers, there must be minimum educational qualifications.  Regarding reservations for educational seats, jobs and even legislative members, I feel there is a change needed.

     I will remove caste based reservations.  What is correct is economical status based reservation system.  A person gets a government job (like IAS officer) and leads a good life, when he is selected under reservation policy.  But his children need not be given additional advantage through reservation. Some other family should be given that opportunity.

    We need to act towards modernizing our country. We need to be active against pollution.  I will promote modern means of public transport for mass commutation.

    We need to felicitate our heroes and performers. We need a good promotion of our sports personnel. We are a big country. Yet we are not able to produce equal number of good sports personnel as a smaller European country.  I will eliminate corruption and remove useless middlemen and hurdles.  I will promote athletes so that in a decade we become world champions.
