1 yes a prashsti would give accurate information about a ruler as it is written in his praise
3 yes I think was known as above coz people were very happy during that period

1- No the prashasti won't give you a correct information because it is always written in the praise of kings but it will not give the information about the bad points of the kings.
2- Because he knew he would not be able to control such a large empire alone as there was a deficiency of large communication system.
3- Because at the time the Gupta dynasty was at height and administrative system was so strong at that time.
