PLEASE CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME??
"When a number is divided by 3, the remainder obtained is either 0 or 1 or 2.
∴ n = 3p or 3p + 1 or 3p + 2, where p is some integer and n is some positive integer"
AND also tell me how a number is divided by 3, the leave remainder is either 0 or 1 or 2.
PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS PROPERLY

When a number is divided by 3, it's remainder is always less than because if the remainder is equals to 3 or more than 3 then it can be divided once more. And remainder is always less than divisor..
