It's telling that to build a dam, we need a lot of space and if the government us going to build a dam, the villages nearby the river will have to be emptied and thus the people living there will have to leave their homes and fields as well and this will also effect their livelihood. This is the violation of their Right to freedom and thus they can file a case in the court as a violation of their fundamental right.
