i) to convert a value from kilometer per hour (km/hr) to meter per second (m/s)

we have to take the value (in km/hr) and multiply the number with 5 and divide that product with 18...

(km/hr*5)/18=m/s

ii) to convert a value from meter per second (m/s) to kilometer per hour (km/hr)

we have to take the value (in m/s) and multiply the number with 18 and divide that product with 5...

(m/s*18)/5=km/hr
