(x-3y=3)3

than - +\left[\begin{array}{ccc}3x&-9y&=9\\3x&-9y&=1\\\end{array}\right]

6x=8

x=4/3

put the value in eq 1

x-3y=3

4/3-3y=3

4-9y/3=3

4-9y=9

-9y=5

y=-5/9

i hope u understand
