(b) V indirectly proportional to

as we know that V=IR

but the resistance(R) is constant so we can say that

V is directly prportional to I

so option 'a' is most appropriate but if it is multiple choice question then we can mark both 'a' and 'c' to be correct ...for single choice we always mark the most appropriate that is 'a'.
