Please can someone explain why the factorisation of x^2+x-2 is 1 and -2 but not -1 and 2? RELEVANT ANSWERS PLEASE !!!

here 1and -2 is factorisation because it satisfied the polynomial it means if we put x=1 , -2 it will zero hence it is right

but if we put x=-1 , 2 it doesn't satisfied the polynomial that's why-1, and 2 is not factorisation
