please clear my doubt..

according to third law of motion, to every action, there is an equal reaction means if a force is applied, then there'll be an equal force opposing it. then how objects move or change direction etc etc.. cuz it'll be a balanced force na?? plz help me guys.... ​

actually thats not the complete law

the full law

every force has an equal and opposite reaction but it acts on 2 different bodies

Actually, Action and reaction forces are equal and opposite but they do not balance each other. This is because action and reaction forces cannot cancel each other, though equal and opposite, always act on DIFFERENT BODIES and hence, they cannot balance each other.
