irregular reflecting means which reflect in irregular manner

Regular reflection - when the rays of light bounces back with the same angle following law of reflection, angle i=angle r ,the reflection is said to be regular.
For example -In the case of plane mirror.
Diffused reflection -When the rays of light falls on an uneven surface and is scattered without fallowing laws of reflection, this reflection is said to be diffused reflection.
For example -in utensils.
