I improve the quality of customer by training the employee about hoe to treat thee customer and train them that how to give everyone respect and treat every customer like a VIP , And train to enable them to tolerate things from customer side. Besides i provide every customer coming to my restaurant a digital device for easiness of any complaints registration that will tackle immediately.
