PHYSICAL CHANGE
physical change is any change in which no reactants or substances are decomposed during the reaction or change . (same as reversible change)
eg: melting of ice .

REVERSIBLE CHANGE((((this term is used by 5th or 6th grade students ))))
this is the same as physical change where the reaction or process can be reversed because no product is decomposed .(same as physical change)
eg: melting of ice .here ,the melted ice and again be freezed back to its normal form .

CHEMICAL CHANGE
it is that the change in which a new product is formed or the existing substances are decomposed .same as irreversible change .eg: burning of paper .here the paper is completely burnt and decomposed to ashes (carbon)

IRREVERSIBLE CHANGE
a change which cannot be reversed because substances involved in change are decomposed . same as chemical change
