  • There is a limited number of known constellations.

(B) Stars:-


  • They are made up Hydrogen and Helium.
  • They emit their own heat and light.
  • They produce energy due to nuclear fusion.

Planets:-


  • They may be made up of rocky core of gases.
  • They don't emit their own heat and light but instead reflect it.
  • They have higher temperature in deep inside due to pressure.

(C) Terrestrial Planets:-


  • They are composed of rocks and metals.
  • They are located near the star.
  • They are Mercury, Venus, Mars and Earth.

Jovian Planets:-


  • They are mainly composed of gases.
  • They are far from the star.
  • They are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.

(D) Artificial Satellite :-


  • They are man - made and are used for a purpose.
  • They revolve around the Earth quickly.
  • They are relatively much smaller than natural satellites.

Natural Satellites :-


  • They were formed by natural processes and don't really serve any purpose
  • They take longer time to revolve aorund its planet.
  • They are much bigger than artifical satellites.
