according to the question;

$480 = \frac{1}{2} \times (a + b) \times h \\ \\ 960 = (20 + b) \times 15 \\ \\ \frac{960}{15} = (20 + b) \\ \\ 64 = 20 + b \: \\ \\ b = 64 - 20 = 44m$

ANSWER = 44m
