By definition of specific heat
s=q/mdT
So heat supplied/extracted when change in temperature is dT
q=msdT
Where m=mass of substance
s=specific heat of substance
dT=change in temperature
For ice s=2.03 J/gK (at 0°C it's approx 2.1 and at -15 it comes down to approx 2.03)
q=-20000J
m=1200g
dT=q/ms
dT=-20000/(1200×2.03)
dT=-8.21
T=-15-8.21
T=-23.21 °C
