get the area for bigger circle and the smaller circle then minus the area of smaller circle from the bigger circle you will get the area of shaded portion I hope it will help you

radius of small circle=13cm
area of small circle=πr²
= 22/7×13×13
=531.14 cm²
radius of large circle=15cm
area of large circle= πr²
= 22/7×15×15
= 707.14cm²
area of shaded region=
707.14 - 531.14 = 176cm²
