9m-21+n=0
9m+n=21 ____(1)

m(2/3)²+7(2/3)+n=0
4m/9+14/3+n=0
(4m+42+9n)=0
4m+9n=-42. _____(2)
By solving eq (1) and (2)
we get
m=3
n=-6
x=-3
m(-3)²+7(-3)+n=0
9m-21+n=0
9m+n=21 ____(1)
and
x=2/3
m(2/3)²+7(2/3)+n=0
4m/9+14/3+n=0

Subtract eq 2 from eq1.

= 9*3 + n = 21
