Consider case 2 first :

SP of watch (Reshma) = Rs.1350

Loss % on watch = 10%

CP of watch (Reshma) = (SP * 100)/(100 - Loss %)

= (1350 * 100)/(100 - 10)

= 135000/90

= 1500

So, CP of watch (Reshma) = Rs. 1500

Now consider Case 2 :

Here CP of watch to Reshma becomes SP of watch to Reetu

So, SP of watch to Reetu = Rs. 1500

Profit % on watch = 20 %

CP of watch to Reshma = (SP * 100)/(100 + 20)

= (1500 * 100)/(120)

= 150000/120

= 15000/12

= 1250

CP of watch to Reshma = Rs. 1250

Therefore the answer is Rs. 1250.
