Step-by-step explanation:

2^2x+2=4^2x-1.

=. 2^2x.2²= 4^2x.4^-1

=. 2^2x*4= 4^2x /4

. 16= 4^2x/2^2x

16= (4/2)^2x

16= 2^2x

2⁴=2^2x

from above we can see easily that,

4=2x

x=2

hope it will help you

\huge\mathbb\red{ANSWER}

by simplification

 {2}^{2x + 2}  =  {4}^{2x - 1}  \\  \\  {2}^{2x + 2}  =  {2}^{2(2x - 1)}  \\  \\  {2}^{2x + 2}  =   {2}^{4x - 2}  \\  \\ 2x + 2 = 4x - 2 \\  \\ 2 + 2 = 4x - 2x \\  \\ 4 = 2x \\  \\ x = 2

  • as we know 4 = 2²

  • so both sides 2 so 2 will cancel out

  • now power are equal to one and other
