This is ur answer hope it will help u
Steps
1. Assume total unit work =24 (divisible by 24/5 and 8 or lcm of both)
A+B+C=24/5
AND A+C=8
SO ONE DAY WORK OF A, B, C=5 UNITS
AND A, C=3
IT MEANS 2 UNIT WORK MUST BE DONE BY B IN A DAY

NOW WORK TO DO =24 UNIT
AND CAN DO 2 IN A DAY
TOTAL DAY TAKEN =24/2=12 DAYS

Given that (A + B+ C) plough a field in 4 4/5 = 24/5 days.

                 Then their 1-day work = 5/24.

Given that (A + C) can do it in 8 days.

Then their 1 day work = 1/8.

B's 1-day work = 5/24 - 1/8

                        = 2/24

                        = 1/12.

B would take 12 days to plough the field.

Hope this helps!
