on surface electric field is given by

E=kQ/R²

Q=ER²/k

at a distance of R/4 from surface ie at a distance of 5R/4 from the centre of sphere

E'*4πr²=Q/e

E'*4πr²=ER²/ke

E'*4π(5R/4)²=4πeER²/e

E'=16E/25

PSN03: but its too late...i have to got to bed
komalgautam31: oh
komalgautam31: ok
komalgautam31: goodnight
PSN03: are u engineering or medical student?
komalgautam31: medical student
komalgautam31: thats why my physics is poor
komalgautam31: i m in Allen
PSN03: oh...great....
PSN03: i will try to answer some of them

HEY MATE

YOUR ANWER IS HERE

FOR ELECTRIC FIELD AT A DISTANCE R IS E= KQ/R^2

WHEN R BECOMES R/4

E' = KQ/(R/4)^2

SO IT BECOMES 16 TIMES TO THE ORIGINAL ONE SO ANSWER IS D

E' = 16E

HOPE IT HELPS YOU

PLEASE MARK IT BRAINLIEST IF FOUND APPROPRIATE

THANK YOU

komalgautam31: key
komalgautam31: that shows the third option is correct
PSN03: if u take it from center then it should be a different formula
navodita37: 16E/25
PSN03: but none of the options is actually correct
komalgautam31: send if you are kindly sure in this your ans correct
komalgautam31: PSN03
PSN03: i applied @gauss law and the normal formula...but still i got the same answer
komalgautam31: your ans is correct
komalgautam31: thankyou
