$(x + z) \div y \\ = ( \frac{ - 2}{7} + \frac{ - 7}{18} ) \div \frac{ - 5}{16} \\ = ( \frac{ - 36 - 49}{126} ) \div \frac{ - 5}{16} \\ = \frac{ - 85}{126} \times \frac{ - 16}{5} \\ = \frac{ - 17 \times - 8}{63} \\ = \frac{136}{63}$
