First we should remember that a triangle is possible if the sum of two of it's sides are greater than the third side.

Now,

(a) 2 cm, 3cm,5cm

= (2+3)cm

=5 cm

the lenght of the sum two side of the triangle is not greater than it's third side. so, it is not possible to have a triangle with 2cm,3cm and 5cm

(b) 6cm,3cm,2cm

=(3+2)cm

=5 cm

the length of the sum of the two sides of the triangle is not greater than it's third side. so, it is not possible to have a triangle with 6cm,3cm,and 2cm.

Hope it's useful
