see you should use bodmas rule here so division comes first
lets takes the second part and solve it first
we know that if bases are same then we have to minus powers
so 2/5 ^ 3-7 that is 2/5^-4
now to the first part 2/5^3*2/5^-4
we know that if bases are same then we have to add powers
2/5^3+(-4)
2/5^-1 or -2/5
