In order to Identify Whether mill contain protein or not we should take some food sample of mill and crush or grind it and put a small quantity in a Test tube and add 5 ml of water. now add a few drops of copper sulphate solution and 10 drops of caustic soda solution to it shake it wellafter that if it turns to violet colour it means that the food contain protein
