here is your solution -

 (-  \frac{2}{3} p \:  +  \frac{5}{6}p )+  ( \frac{1}{5}  - 1) \\  = ( \frac{ - 4 + 5}{6}p ) + ( \frac{1 - 5}{5} ) \\  =  -  \frac{1}{6}p   -  \frac{4}{5}
