4 ❍ The chemical equation should always be balanced because the law of conservation of mass states that matter can neither be created nor destroyed so in a chemical equation the total mass of reactants must be equal to the mass of products formed i.e. the total number of atoms of each element should be equal on both the sides of a chemical equation.

As We know that,In a chemical reaction, a chemical change is observed. A reaction can take place between two atoms or ions or molecules, In this process, they form a new bond and a new product is created from the reactants. The rate at which the reaction proceeds depends on factors like pressure, temperature, the concentration of reactants.

5 ❍ ( a ) Na2So4+Bacl2= BaSo4+2Nacl = it is Double displacement reaction As We know that,It is defined as the reaction in which one component displaces another component from its compound is called displacement reaction. 1) The reaction in which two different atoms or groups of atoms (ions) are displaced by other atoms or groups of atoms (ions) is known as a double displacement reaction.

( b ) c3h8 + 02 → co2 + h2o = it is combustion reaction As we know that, A combustion reaction is usually a reaction that produces fire. ... It is a heat releasing exothermic redox chemical reaction that usually occurs between a fuel and oxidizing agent (mostly oxygen of the atmosphere). The products released are often gaseous, and the resultant mixture is commonly called smoke.

6 ❍ The Acid rain consists of acidic components that come down with precipitation. These may mix in water bodies like rivers and lakes and thus leading to decrease in its pH. The decrease in pH will result in bad effects to the life of fishes and other aquatic animals

As We know that, The aquatic life includes all those organisms living in the water bodies, may it be a small pond, lake, river or a large ocean. All the organisms living are included in aquatic life. Many of the large organisms can thrive in acidic conditions while the small creatures find it difficult to survive. However, there are organisms which can live in acidic environments but not all.
