(log a)^2 - (log b)^2

=(loga+logb) (loga-logb)

We know that log m + log n = log mn

log m - log n = log m/n

= log ab * log a/b.

Answer:

(log x)^2-(log y)^2

apply the formula of a^2-b^2 ie, (a+b)(a-b)

> [(log x)-(log y)][(log x)+(log y) ]

since, (log x)-(log y)=log(x/y) and

(log x)+(log y)=log xy

Hence,

[(log x)-(log y)][(log x)+(log y) ]=logx/y*log xy

hope it helps if so please mark it brainliest.
