9k^2 - k^2

8k^2

(3k)²+(-k)²

[(3k×3k)=(3k)²]for you

therefore

9k²+k²=0 (-k × -k = +k²)

10k²=0

k²=o/10

k²=infinite (anything dividend by 0=infinite)
