Part a:-

Area of part a = (10×8) m^2 = 80m^2

Part b:-

Area of part b = (6×6) m^2 = 36m^2

So Area of shaded region between part a and b :-

(80-36)m^2 = 44m^2

Part c:-

Area of part c = (6×2)m^2 = 12m^2

Therefore, Area of whole shaded region = (44+12)m^2 = 56m^2

Answer :- 56m^2 (here I had divided the whole figure in 3 parts a, b and c)

Answer

a Area of part a = (10 multiplied by 8) m^2=80m^b

b. Area of part b=(6 multiplied by 6) m^2 So area of shaded region between part a and b =

(80-36)m^2 = 44m^2

Part C =

Area of part c = (6 multiplied by 2)m^2 =12m^2

Area of whole shaded region =(44+12)m^2 = 56m^2

Therefore answer is 56m^2
