solve the upper half
(5y+y)/y
= 6y/y
= 6

solve the lower half
(y-5y)/y
= -4y/y
= -4

now the answer
6/-4
= 3/-2= -3/2
= -1.5

(x + y/y) ÷ (y - x/y) =
(5y + y/y) ÷ (y - 5y/y) =
(6y/y) ÷ (- 4y/y) =
6y/y × -y/4y =
-3/2
