CLEARLY, line ML and NP are parallel to each other.
so, angle MLK= angle NPK
also angle K is common in triangle MLK and triangle NPK
SO, both triangle MLK and triangle NPK are similar.
so, ML/NP =MK/NK
a/x =(a+c)/c
x= ac/(a+c)
