Given equation is  \frac{2x-(2x-3)}{3x-(4x+3)}=-1

cross multiply

2x-(2x-3)=-1(3x-(4x+3))

2x-2x+3=-3x+(4x+3)

2x-2x+3=-3x+4x+3

combine like terms

3=x+3

3-3=x

0=x

Hence final answer is x=0.
