Hey!
formula of median in individual series is N + 1 ÷2
and mode is the value which occurs most frequently in the series
for eg your series is
2 ,3,4,2,6,2,4,2
here the mode is 2 because it occurs most frequently....

Mean = (x1 + x2 + x3 +...........+ xn) /n
Median = (n + 1)/2
Mode = L + (fm−f1)h /

Where,
L = Lower limit of modal class
f
Fm = Frequency of modal class
f1 = Frequency of class preceding the modal class
f2 = Frequency of class succeeding the modal class
h = Size of class interval.
