it's very easy
in d 1st quadrant all d ans would be + be ie.( all)
in d 2nd quadrant all d ans would be ne- except sin and cosec ie.( silver)
in d 3rd quadrant all d ans would be ne- except tan and cot ie.( tea )
and on d 4th quadrant all d ans would be ne-except cos and sec ie.( cups)
u can remember this by all silver tea cups for 1,2,3,4 quadrants respectively

In first quadrant , all the trigonometric ratios are positive.
In second quadrant , only sin and cosec are positive , remaining are negative.
In third quadrant , only tan and cot are positive , remaining are negative.
In fourth quadrant , cos and sec are positive , remaining are negative.
