Please explain metastasis and why is it fatal?

Metastatic cancer is a cancer that has spread from the part of the body where it started (the primary site) to other parts of the body. When cancer cells break away from a tumor, they can travel to other parts of the body through the bloodstream or the lymph system.

Metastasis is a feature of cancerous cells.
Tumors .
Tumors are of 2 types 1) malignant
2) beningn
Beningn tumors are not cancerous and are painful and can be surgicallg operated and removed.


Bt malignant tumors are cancerous and not painful.
They exhibit the property of metastasis means move to other places in ur body .and afeect other organs .
Malignant tumors also exhibit the property of creating their own blood vessels for their nourishment..
