Let breadth be x , then
length = 2x + 3 ....(A.t.q)

Now,
2(2x + 3 + x) = 54
6x + 6 = 54
6x = 48
x = 8cm

Breadth = 8cm
Length = 2(8)+3
= 34 + 3 = 19cm

Answer is .....YES
