Atoms are the smallest particle of matter.it composes of protron ,electron ,and neutron..it does not bear relavent properties ,it does not exists freely in nature.they are round in shape.
Molecule are the smallest particle of atom .they bear all the relavent properties .it exists freely in nature.they are of different geometrical figures and shapes.
