please explain the difference between fake criticism and constructive criticism

First any criticism is hard to hear so do not be surprised if the person it is directed towards id upset. 

Constructive criticism is pointing out an error or fault and offering a solution. It should be given in the spirit of educating and in a kind manner without a personal attack. 

Destructive criticisn is pointing out an error or fault with the intent of causing embarrassment

The difference between constructive criticism and destructive criticism is the way in which comments are delivered. Although both forms are challenging your ideas, character or ability, when someone is giving destructive criticism it can hurt your pride and have negative effects on your self-esteem and confidence.
