Answer:

                     Grand Central Station

Grand Central Station is a railway station in New York. It has two levels. At one level one can find inter-city trains (long distance trains plying between cities); and on the other level one can board intra-city trains (trains plying within the city). There is also a controversial third level there from where one can take train to any idyllic place in 1894. At this level the ambience of the station is that of 1894. The people, their attire, ambience, the platform, everything on the platform, locomotive, currency being used, the newspapers, magazines, etc. were old style. But very few people found this third level. In the chapter only two persons could find the third level. Once was Charlie himself, the other Sam, Charlie’s psychiatrist friend.

Answer:

The station Grand Central in New York contains two levels. However a dweller of the place that is of thirty one year of age named Charley has claimed that there exist three levels. He believes in this hypothetical existence of the third level and also claims that he has been to that third level. This is a matter of mind and he visited a psychiatrist friend for this.
