This paragraph talks about the 'TURKISH' NOBLES. To expand their kingdom the sultan of Turkey made friends of the 'IRANIANS,INDIAN MUSLIMS, AFGHANS,RAJPUTS,MARATHAS' And such other big religious and regional groups all over the world. The people who joined the Mughal army were given a state or district to rule. The people who were given the jobs came to be known as MANSABDARS.

Mansabdars were given the duty to look after military and land as per their grades. The salary was fixed accordingly to their posts. The higher grade the mansabdar would get and he would be promoted to the position of the zat. The zat were more favourable to the nobles...
